Near 24hr. Dr. James covers daytime, Dr. Princess covers overnight (9 PM to 5 AM PHT). For true emergencies, we'll point you to the nearest open clinic.
Standard teleconsult is ₱500 (introductory price). That includes a proper case discussion, basic treatment plan, and a follow up chat within 24 to 72 hours. Pricing for ruminant, swine, and poultry consults, plus other services, publishes at launch on June 12, 2026.
